I am selling my Bluebell Railway Sheffield Park 2 piece baseboard with layout plan and appropriate buildings.

The baseboards are made with plywood and MDF tops. An exact 'to scale' track plan (take from google maps) is stuck on top, the track plan drawn on top of this using templot.

I have started some track laying using finetrax bullhead track, but this could be ripped up and peco used instead.

Also included are the following Graham Farish Sheffield Park buildings (all with original boxes) which sit perfectly with the layout (Price shown is the price I paid for each of them):
